An ecosystem describes interactions among members of a community, such as plants, animals, in addition to environmental conditions. But an ecosystem, what we call the Life EcoSystem, also refers to the set of behaviors and experiences that make up your life and who you are. In particular, behaviors and experiences in six core life areas have been shown to be critical for cognitive health and mental sharpness. These areas are usually treated independently, but like an ecosystem, they interact and affect each other.
